Hey, look at me! I've posted three times this month! It's all thanks to Antonia finally getting on a (somewhat) regular sleeping schedule. In honor of that achievement, I'm posting this video: (I'm holding her hand because she can't quite sit up on her own yet, as you'll see on the video )

Having never had a baby girl before, I'd like to know: do all baby girls make these high-pitched squeaks? Also, do all baby girls hold grudges, or is that something this one inherited from, say, her mom? Because she definitely likes to withhold forgiveness when she feels wronged, like after getting shots, or being left in her crib for too long after waking up from a nap. Will might be inclined to think that Antonia takes after me in this respect, so maybe somebody can help my cause by verifying that, in general, little girls can be a bit more petulant than boys.

Well, Antonia might still be mad about those 6-month shots (she really did stay mad about that for a long time) but I did have confirmation tonight that I am one of the six people Charlie loves. He saw a picture of Jesus and said, "I love Jesus. And Elmo... And Santa." He was going to stop there, but Will said, "And Mommy?" So Charlie added, "And Mommy, and Daddy and Antonia." So there. Not the top three, but still, top six isn't bad.

In my experience, yes, all baby girls make squeaks. Watch out because they get louder with time. My girls love to run in circles with their cousins while all of them are making those 'squeaks.' Okay, they aren't really squeaks. In time they morph into high pitched screams. Awesome. I also think holding grudges is a talent girls are born with. Way to go on making the top six!

The squeaks kill me! I can't say that mine have ever really squeaked or held grudges. Maybe they know Mom is too emotional to take a snub:) My little girls are quite forgiving but we don't have any boys to compare:)But I think it is adorable that she does...she is beautiful. Hopefully you can get on the good graces of the grudge holding.

So funny! Maybe I'll count my blessings with boys, I was worried about Cameron or Eli holding a grudge about my leaving for 10 days but they seem to forgive easily. She is looking more and more like Charlie.

Wow, you guys have such an interesting life, with the cops and the deer episode and everything. Antonia is so adorable. Brooklyn was never too high pitched, in fact, sometimes I can't tell her from Stuart.
